报告人简介: 龚贵华教授是国际著名算子代数与非交换几何专家,现为美国波多黎哥大学教授,国家杰青B类(2006年)获得者,河北师范大学特聘教授。主要研究方向为 C*-代数、复几何,在C*-代数的分类、强Novikov猜想和粗几何Novikov猜想等问题上做出了杰出的工作,其研究成果发表在《Annals of Mathematics》, 《Inventiones Mathematicae》、《J. Reine Angew. Math.》等国际顶级数学期刊上。他曾获2000年Israel Halperin奖,此奖为加拿大五年一度(有时空缺)的算子代数杰出成就奖。
报告内容: A C∗-algebra A is said to have the ideal property if each closed two-sided ideal of A is generated as a closed two-sided ideal by the projections inside the ideal. C∗-algebras with the ideal property are a generalization and unification of real rank zero C∗-algebras and unital simple C∗-algebras. We show that a certain new algebraic K1-invariant becomes the complete invariant for AH algebras (of no dimension growth) with the ideal property. |
