Pavel Krejčí,捷克著名数学家,捷克科学院数学研究所研究员,原所长(2009-2014)。Krejčí教授专注于专注于偏微分方程、非光滑演化问题、变分不等式、磁滞现象及数学分析在物理过程建模中的应用。发表论文175篇,出版专著两部,拥有一项德国专利,曾任《Applications of Mathematics》期刊主编(2002 - 2009)。获捷克教育部长研究奖(2001)、Bolzano数学奖(2014)和Bažant教授奖(2023)。
报告内容:
Modern high precision technologies often make use of special materials, which exhibit magneto-mechanical or electro-mechanical coupling, namely, the so-called magnetostrictive or piezoelectric materials. The problem is, however, that hysteresis effects occurring in experiments cannot be neglected without affecting the accuracy of the process. Also energy issues are relevant for applications, because the heat produced by hysteresis energy dissipation has to be removed from the system. Moreover, in applications for example to magnetostrictive energy harvesting, the efficiency of the process cannot be estimated without accurate knowledge of hysteresis energy losses. This talk presents some mathematical results related to modeling hysteresis in coupled systems, and their applications in engineering practice.
